I have visited lot of places and found radiant heat tubing system under some restrictions and some precautionery measures that leads to the home safety. I have observed that lot of places in any home could not be safer to have radiant heat tubing system. Because the radiant tubing is senstive and can cause the losses due to its damage surface which infact due to the sunlight or other incentives. It also cause the damage for other amenities by its hot nature. I have following necessary tips during the installation of radiant heat tubing system that keeps you away from any unexpected accident:

• Do not install the radiant heat tubing close to the bathroom toilet. The heat could melt the wax ring.
  
• Do not install the running radiant heat tubing under the appliances like refrigerator, stove, freezer, and kitchen cabinets.
  
• If you're interested to put tubing in the appliances area due to some reason or got plan before. Then it is better to insulate the tubing with a foam pipe insulation. And put a piece of radiant barrier between the sub-floor and the tubing under the appliance or cabinets.
  
• Be careful to install or put the heat tubing close to the electric wires. It is better to avoid those underground places where already a system established or to avoid to place heat tubing near to the running electric wires.
  
• If your electrician is working around your radiant heat system, it is better to make sure your electrician understands the importance of not damaging the radiant heat tubing when he pulls the wires.
